I felt he was unethical in many respects. I wanted him to work with me as if I were his daughter yet I felt at times I was just another money source. There were a ton of discrepancies in my statements. I was billed for things such as transposing taped conversations ($8,000) without being asked first if I even wanted the tapes transposed. I don't feel like he fought hard enough for me. He kept giving the other attorney more time, "professional courtesy" when her tardyness was only costing me more money. During trial, when it was time to cross examine my ex, he sat there like a bump on a pickle. So much for a trial attorney. I hired him for him calmness, coolness and from what I heard his ability to be a tiger in the courtroom. The tiger was hit with a tranquilizer. He was completely ineffective. I could have used my $200,000+ on something better. Might as well have thrown it out the window. What a waste. He couldn't even get me alimony. Do not hire. Can do better.
