I was pulled over in guilderland for "tint" at 4 in the morning. The cop asked me to step out of my car and breathalized me. I blew 05 I was arrested and brought to the station. At the station i blew .11. The problem is the officer never tested the window, didn't arraign me( just made me call a cab home) AND I blew a .05! This lawyer said that because most procedures were done incorrectly we were goin to fight it, made me get a drug/alcohol evaluation test for 225, it was clean and charged 750 then got to court and said its best just to take the plea! Complete con artist a public defender can do the same thing!!!! This was the very first time I had EVER been in any trouble, not even a speeding ticket this lawyer is useless.
