I have a hard time believing any of the bad ratings because my experience was excellent. She responded quickly, got great results on my family law case and was very receptive to my feelings. She won my case and did not charge very much considering the amount of work she did on my case. I would hire her again and will if I ever need a lawyer again. Ignore the other reviews because I think they're fake to begin with.

Very nice, and communitive out of the gate. But after you hire her, not a very good atourney. Hard to get ahold of, and puts everything on the back burner. Seemed more worried about getting along with the other atourney, and how she looked in front of the judge. I don't feel she was interested in my best interest. She did make sure that she was paid first. And when the money ran out, so did my attourney.

Extremely expensive and I felt she was not trying at all! I was never informed on status of what was happening. I seriously would have been way better off just on my own...and $10,000 still in my bank! I normally don't comment on things if negative, but hiring her was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. I got rid of her and found someone else.

Very lackadaisical and communication was minimal. She gave terrible advice and for something that should have been a simple case. I felt I did all the work and she still charged an exorbitant amount. Every bit of council she gave turned out to backfire. When I would ask her why/how things didn't go as she assured me they would she simply said, "I don't know". Needless to say, I let her go and found a competent attorney.

We would have been better off on our own. Was first experience with a lawyer and we were shocked at how she actually made things worse! Terribly expensive and did nothing of value. I talked to another person who had same experience. She said that Amiotte charged her $200 just to look up what Miranda Rights were...she didn't know basics! I wish I'd known that before we hired her. Total waste.

Stephanie is an excellent attorney. She is dedicated and persistent to all aspects of your case. She and her staff are committed to your legal issues and is up to date on the ever-changing laws. She always makes time to her clients.
