Dominic's inability to communicate effectively with opposing counsel cost me a ton of money. He seems to lack the basic social skills to properly relay a message without attacking. Dominic will end up costing you money as he typically only settle once he's bled you dry and you are financially unable to have any other choice but to settle.

I contacted Mr. Baccarella last September for a consultation and possible assistance with trying to obtain custody of my son due to a very botched divorce I went through while on deployment three years ago. Mr. Baccarella's attitude and demeanor towards me was beyond condescending. He talked down on me like I did not know what I was talking about much less wanted (even though I offered to e-mail him a summary of what my situation was so we could be on a more even level), began to lecture me that I would not be able to afford his services, and on two occasions when I attempted to explain myself, he boldly told me to "Shut the f*** up". I personally have never been spoken to in such a rude and unprofessional manner by anyone, especially when I was trying to HIRE him to represent me in family court. I would not recommend him to anyone, but that's just based off of my atrocious experience. Poor communication skills + rude demeanor + arrogance = FAILURE!!!

I hired Dominic and he did a great job on my case. He was very informative and helpful. I felt like all my questions were answered and the outcome of my case was favorable.

I hired Dominic Baccarella to handle my divorce. He did not communicate and his fees were outrages. He worried more on his appearance that the case. He threw me under the bus. My final judgement means nothing. After 60,000 is fees I am still fighting my case even after the Final Judgement had been signed. I fired him and he has the only tenacity I had seen to think he did a good job. I can not believe he is allowed to practice law and that he does not have more complaints.

Many emails and phone calls went unanswered. I was commonly asked questions such as, what do you want me to do when presenting him with new evidence of arrests pertaining to my case. I felt he was not aggressive enough. If you think your case will be easy, he may work for you, but if you need someone aggressive, go elsewhere.
