Mary Ellen Rose met my standards.
She is a knowledgeable professional who distinguishes between being a legal counselor and a personal counselor - not inflating emotions or bills. She is personable but gets the facts and directly communicates well in a timely manner. She dealt incredibly well with an adversary who fueled a personal, emotionally charged approach marked by disorganization, lack of facts and failure to respond logically to factual information repeatedly provided.
Mary Ellen stood her ground from the start. I firmly believe that if Mary Ellen had represented me in my original divorce settlement case, the loopholes that left me vulnerable to a second case would never have occurred. In my experience she respected the system but worked for her client.
Mary Ellen Rose did what I wanted done as her client - she protected me without causing undo harm to my opponent. I admire her professionalism and restraint.
