this was a traffic issue, not a divorce. Attorney Howard Collins genuinely cares about his clients, the stress they are under, case outcome. He took initiative and action on his own to ensure all pieces of the case were covered. He gave guidance, he openly communicated. He has great knowledge of the law. He was very conscientious of fees and acted in my best interest. Attorney Howard Collins is the best.

I'm very upset with this attorney. It's been a couple years and has not sent me a copy of my case even though I have asked repeatedly. Over charges.

He was very bad with communication and when asked questions regarding case always cut you off or never answered you. Made many decisions without asking first.Did not investigate the situation and when told he would say he was checking into things and not follow thru. Is not an aggressive attorney and seems to be timid by the system. Seemed easily persuaded by others on the other side. He did not really seem that he was working for me, seemed to be about the money.

He never gets back to you. Even calling and emailing doesn't work. You can never get a hold of him,andhe never returns your calls or e mails. He is over priced and a weak attorney.

Not a good choice if you want to fight the allegations against you. Great if you want to take a plea bargain and pay a lot of money for minimal work.

He overcharged, underserved. He took a vacation in the middle of my case. He quit before final court appearance. STAY away from this lawyer if you want to get custody of your kids.
