Scot Claus does very little of the actual work. His paralegals do most of the work, and they appear to make a lot of mistakes. Plus, in my opinion, Scot could sure use a class in people skills. He is rude, condescending, and dismissive. I have never met a person that rude who just made thousands of dollars from me. I was taken aback by his manner and attitude and would not use him again, under any circumstance.
