To make a long story short our condo Board hired Jon to update our bylaws.We paid him a lot of money to actually copy from another condominiums bylaws. After receiving the new bylaws the board realized we wanted the Declarations done also. During our conversation with Jon afterwards he said we could do whatever we want with the Declarations as long as we get 60 percent of the owners to vote on it. After the Board worked hard on rewriting the Declarations we were to meet with Jon and review the bylaws. We also sent him the new Declarations to review before our meeting. The email he sent to us was shocking!! I think because we rewrote the Declarations without hiring him at an additional fee he got offended.The unprofessional email he sent us was unbelievable!! He belittled us accused us of looking for the cheap way out etc. The Board admits we are inexperienced but we were looking for guidance from our attorney. Never did we expect to be treated like that. He is unprofessional!!
