He overcharged his legal services. The value of the claim was lost in the litigation process. We only got one written itemized bill , and the rest was a verbal "you owe me more". This led me with a sense of urgency to settle case earlier with a lesser amount recovered. He claimed he would get with me if I had any follow up issues regarding the case. Called twice and emailed once. Still no response. Perhaps should have used someone who's practice area matched the case. I got billed in writing for "research".
