I went to Jason Kohlmeyer to defend me with my 2nd DWI and possible Forfeiture of my car. Jason told me from day one that I would not have to sit jail time and there was no way they could keep my car. If he would have been honest with me upfront I would have never hired him and would have just went with my public defender. In the end I sat jail time and my car was forfeited. Jason's communication was horrible, I never knew what was happening with my case until the day of court. I called and emailed serveral times with no response. In the end I never even got a call telling me my car was forfeited, I got a email with the forfeiture court documents.
