My name is Tom B. & I had utilized Robin as my divorce atty years ago w/ no problems whatsoever. He did a great job for me at that time. I have recently called his office and asked him a few court proceeding type of questions (in which the useless DA's office wouldn't answer for me) and he was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. If there's a need for any atty for me down the road, it'll be him for sure.

My name is Mark Kottke. I have used this individual in my case for time. Completely useless. Does not follow Wisconsin State statue at all. Robin is only in it for the money along with the guardian at Litem Alan Hoff. I've had Mr Vetternick twice now, and both times he has proven to do what is in the best interest of my children. I am a good mom and my ex husband is a Disney world dad...enough said! If you are a good person with no issues or bad history you have nothing to worry about. He is very good at reading and seeing through people's bs.

I am very shocked at the conduct of this attorney. He is vulgar, racist, sexist and biased. It is clear that he does not take his job as a GAL seriously, and uses it to play dictator over families and children. I would stay away if I were you.

He was appointed GAL in my sons' case. He was completely biased from day one; was vulgar, made racial and sexual slurs, is disorganized; didn't even read the case history; lied repeatedly and never once considered the well-being of my grandson, who was moved hundreds miles away form a loving father. If you have a choice, do ANYTHING to avoid this guy as a GAL in your case.

This is the first time I have had to have a GAL and I didn't know better or I would have arranged one prior to my child support hearing. My summons to my hearing arrived to my house 2 HOURS after the hearing. I should have received that several weeks in advance. He didn't want to hear that my child was NOT my soon to be ex's and that we were BOTH in agreement on that AND that the child's BIO FATHER was willing to step up and take responsibility. I have had to call his office to find out the results of the paternity test so that I can have the child's birth certificate properly amended and NO ONE wanted to assist me. They said they had not been sent the results when the paternity office had mailed them out several DAYS earlier (4 blocks from his office). I am truly not impressed with Mr V nor the receptionists working for the office. Everyone seemed to have better things to do than to help this mother.

The worst lawyer i have ever met. He picks favorites and will allow that side to bring in a cheer squad to put the other side down but will not allow the other side to defend themselves. He will not allow you to say what you need to and doesn't care about proven facts. Get another guardian ad litem NOW!

Not sure what to write here as there ins't anything positive. Calculations by his office couldn't be substatntiated by other laywers, interrogatories sent didn't pertain to reason of questions and often follow up questions were off base. Lawyer is rude on the phone and in writing. Is slow to respond to questions himself. I'm glad my lawyer is good and straigtened out the mess he created. I wouldn't recommend him for anything, especially when it comes to "family" as it doesn't appear he has a concept of what this means.

Have never had such a poor experience with an attorney. Couldn't pay attention to what was being said. Flat out deceiving and dishonest. Extremely misleading with words/questions/suggestions in an effort to get dirt on people. That he is a GAL for Outagamie county is simply ludicrous and absurd. Anyone having dealings with him should be aware of this advice: Watch your time spent with him as his billing may be questionable and watch what you say - no matter how much he portrays himself as a friend to you. He will try to mislead you into thinking he's on your side and in full agreement with you, when in fact he will use your own words against you.

I had Robin Veternick for GAL, was useless never listened to anything I had to say, only the mother. He is a womanizer and it is known through town. Mothers sister was smoking weed and was watch ing the kids when they were with her, told him, said whats wrong with a little weed. Never listened to me or my attorney, hung up on me twice, said he didnt have time, should have his lisense taken away

I've had Mr. Veternick for a guardian ad litem (GAL) 3 times when trying gain some type of custody of placement of my son. I have been ridiculed due to my disabilities and income by Mr. Veternick along with my living situation such as being married, engaged or single. He has known and seen how deceptive my son's mother can be and has been not to mention how she doesn't always follow through with a court order and that does not seem to bother him. He hasn't looked at information I've brought in on the first meeting. Overall, he just does not seem to care about having a dad in a child's life at least from my perspective and what I've gone through on my case. I've tried to make contact with him after the judge has made his decision and he has told me the case is closed so he can't talk to me anymore and I should contact my attorney or work things out with my son's mother.

Mr. Veternick ws suppose to be a GAL for my children, but he did nothing to listen to my granddaughter, only talked to her once, she was abrused by her paternal grandmother, and her x husband, he did not care, he was working for the maternal grandmother not the child never once did he listen to her, tried to label her as unstable easy to be misguided but, how would he know that if he never once listend to her. Recommended she go back into the same unhealthy home. And not caring if she was safe or not. I say never ever let him be appointed as a Gardium of Litum for children ever again. He put children in harms way. And he is also a very big LAIR. You would never want someone like him to have control over your childrens well being.
