Monica has been my attorney for about a year representing me in my divorce, something which my ex-husband has not made very pleasant. Throughout the process, Monica has been extremely patient and has been a steady voice of reason if I ever felt the need to stoop to the same levels as my ex. She has consistently shown professionalism and dedication, and has made me feel that my needs are first and foremost. Monica has been creative in her negotiations yet always within the law and with my best interests in mind. Before even retaining her as my attorney, Monica spent an extensive amount of time answering questions and even went so far as to research certain aspects specific to my situation to ensure she was advising me appropriately. This dedication to someone who was not yet a client was one of my deciding factors in retaining Monica….a decision I stand by to this day. Should I need an attorney in the future, Monica will always be the first I call and the one attorney I recommend.

I have been more than satisfied with the open and honest approach Monica has taken, not only with myself as her client, but with my ex-spouse. I must say that without a doubt Monica Donaldson was the best attorney to handle my divorce. She was very professional and ALWAYS had my children's best interest in mind. She maintained a calm and reasonable approach with handling my ex. She always responded to me day or night....weekdays or weekends. I would "HIGHLY" recommend Monica to handle anyone's Family Law case. Without a doubt an extremely competent attorney and someone who understands the emotional aspect of a divorce. Her integrity is above approach and she is very ethical towards both parties involved.

Despite the emotional pain of ending what I thought was a good marriage; Monica and her team really helped me through the legal process. She kept me focused on peaceful resolution and keeping my emotions in check. Her wise counsel made the response, discovery, and legal document preparation happen with relative ease. In the end, everything happened almost exactly as she said it would, and on the timeline that she laid out during our initial meeting. By staying focused on relevant issues (and not feelings) we saved a lot of time, hassle, and expense. My ex and I both feel we ended things with a win-win agreement. I highly recommend Monica!

Monica and all of her staff provide a knowledgable and professional service while showing compassion for all those involved. From experience, communication seems to be an issue with attorneys but Monica get's back to you quickly every time. I would highly recommend her.

Ms. Donaldson, who also goes by the last name of Stuart, is highly unethical. Only use this attorney if you wish to win at any cost. If you lose with her, you are likely to lose large as she breaks all ethical boundaries.
