His associate at the time outlined a course of action, then changed the plan unilaterally because "Michael told her to." They used up most of the retainer in phone calls trying to get them to do what was originally agreed to before they were hired.

He lost our case for breach of contract and let our interest in our fathers trust be taken by the attorney for the defendent. The amount is nearly the trust being over $250,000 in legal fees. He did not go with a jury trial as we asked for and made other decisions without consulting us. He did not keep his word for getting this done for us.
