2+ Years ago I hired this Attorney to handle my bankruptcy And he has done NOTHING but take my money and now wont return emails. I waited and waited for him to contact me and finally contacted him to find out that he had done nothing. He told me he had sent the papers for me to sign and never received them back. Then he gave me the address he sent them to which wasn't even my address. He knew I was trying to purchase a new home and needed my credit cleared of things that didn't belong to me. He did NOTHING to help get these items cleared. I requested my money be returned and he said he would send the paperwork out right away. When I received the paper I called him and told him there was still things on my credit report that needed to be addressed. He did nothing and I have since lost my home due to these things being on my report and wasn't able to get a refinance. I'm not only out the money I have paid for my house which totals $90,000+ in 2 yrs But also out fee's he was paid.
