When we first met Mr. Gerecke he expressed his interest of aggressively pursuing this case to make us whole. However in actuality, he was a total wimp when it came to actual court time and was incapable of recovering anything more than a ridiculous amount of $65/month (for $120k back debt!). In addition, we did not get reimbursed all court costs, it was added to the past due amount.
Mr. Gerecke failed to answer questions, return calls, or pursue anything that could have helped us. It appeared he could not have cared any less about our case. A few days before our most recent court date he told us he was quitting the firm and going to work as a corporate lawyer. Obviously, he never gave a sh*t about us or our case. He knew far in advance he was leaving and therefore was only counting the days till he left. We have gotten horribly screwed over by the court system, and now by Mr. Dale Gerecke. He was either incompetent, the case exceeded his intellectual ability, or he just didn't care.
