I’ve dealt with the firm on several occasions both in the past with the most recent being about five years prior. The system in NH can be a tough one to work through based on connections and a script that can feel rampantly familiar. Attorney Russman has some great ideas strategically. The value in NH is keeping copies of all your records when afforded too and consistently writing police reports even when they tell you not too. My issue isn’t with Attorney Russman perse but the allowances granted within the state where you will find thick family roots and a consistent pattern. I dealt with a different attorney within the firm whom could’ve done more. I’m all too familiar with the triumphs and delusions that can take place within this jurisdiction as I’m still facing fallacies from previous work/advocation when in need of help. I may update said review as I reach out in looking at an annulment rather than the divorce granted due to fraud, etc. and prior orders being lost.

Save your money. Over priced, willing not fight for you, basically good only for guilty pleas. Very dishonest, and really does not care about his clients. Wanted to put a plea of guilty in for me so I could loose my cdl. Said I didn't have a case. I went to a different lawyer who fought for me and won. One more thing if you go with this loser watch your contract it basically state , in so many words I get paid even if I do nothing. hire a real lawyer

Doesn't return phone calls. Could have tried a lot harder with my case. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Horrible! When he was supposed to be representing me in court; he was in another Country and his Father had to instead. Spent all kinds of money for absolutely nothing. I've never seen anything like it.

I'd heard him on the radio and thought he sounded knowledgeable and confident.After dealing with him and his office staff I can say that we wouldn't use him again. Multiple unreturned phone calls and emails looking for case updates after not hearing anything for a couple months.The day of court he seemingly didn't bother to review the case because he didn't know client info that had been documented.This was all very disappointing especially after reading multiple great reviews and when they clearly write on their web page, "However, we are fully committed to aggressively defending every client." Didn't feel the commitment. In the end, my husband felt like he had to plead guilty, pay the fine and take points on his license because we weren't confident that this lawyer would represent him to the best of his ability in court after our experience over the past few months. Confidence and pompous, there's a very fine line between them.

Attorney Russman was amazing in court. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the entire process.
