I have used James previously with acceptable results. This time however I went to them for a dispute with a landscaper and they sent a demand letter for me that was paid for via my Hyatt legal plan, when I called back to ask a question the woman that answered the phone (last name Snell, so either a wife or sister) was rude and said that Hyatt would not pay anything else and I would have to pay a retainer fee to even ask if we should go to court!! I was planning on paying if they thought the money was recoverable and we should go to court, and they have made plenty of money off me. Well they will make no more, I will take my money to someone a little less money grubby that values its customers.

no conversation with my family. My son was charged with DUI. The lawyer that handled his case is no longer there. My sons DUI results came negative. The lawyer was supposed to ask for a dismissal. After 9 mths with this firm, still no dismissal.

This attorney took my $3,500.00 hard earned money and did absolutely NOTHING for me. He NEVER had a meeting with me to prepare me for trial. He had NO clear, legal defense for me. He was LATE to the trials, meaning we could not even talk once he arrived late, and I was seated in court room. He and his partner wife, misinformed me about several matters costing me more time and money. My wonderful attorney made me and husband live through a "NO CONTACT" order for 11 months and when the judge admonished him for that he replied..."well I thought you were working on DUI cases", meaning my life was put on hold for an incompetent attorney and damn drunks! This attorney wanted me to spend an additional $10,000.00 for professional witnesses. Can you believe that? He already knew I had been out of work for 3 years and had to live apart from husband for 11 months because of him adding extra hardships and burdens. This attorney did NOTHING for me that I could not ha ve done myself and saved $3,500
