By far the worst lawyer I have ever come across. He was quick to take my money and a fast talker but at the end of the day all he did was take my money he never not once worked on my relatives case. After two years of hearing nothing from him I was able to contact him and he had the audacity to ask for more money after never even beginning to work on our case. This guy is a joke and doesn't deserve to be a lawyer.

Mr. Holmes represented me in federal court in Birmingham. I was expected to get 20 years. He worked hard for me and now I am a free man. This is obviously someone who didn’t hire him and has regrets or he got his client a better deal than the other people in the cases. Don’t be a hater.

I read these reviews and was concerned about my hire. Once the representation began I realized there are 2 Sam Holmes Attorney’s in Birmingham. He was great and I would absolutely recommend his services.

First off, He is a lawyer which means he is busy.So while you all are so beside yourselves know he will always come through when it goes bad. AND WHOEVER SAID NEVER HIRE HIM.....YOU DID SO HE DID SOMETHING RIGHT OR HE WOULDN'T BE KNOWN AS A GOOD LAWYER! HA !! I love Holmes Lawfirm!!!! Godbless:)

I had heard wonderful things about Sam Holmes. So I paid him $10,000 and he said he can get my child back less than a week. So I paid him the ten Grand he stopped by my house to pick it up and I signed the paperwork. He said he was going to straight to the courthouse to file custody papers. And I wait around several weeks my children in danger. Finally I called the courthouse myself because I never talk to him again and he'd never even filed one piece of paper. I tried to call him back over and over again leaving messages and I never spoke to that man ever again and I could not find his office because if you notice it when he gives you a business card there wasn't even an address on there and you just get machine whenever you try to call him. That was all the money I had try to get my children back. And he took it all and I never saw him again. I advise you strongly to not ever use this attorney he is by far the worst I have ever seen in my life he is a scam artist.
