David Pearlman is an attorney with the well-known firm in Charleston, SC Steinberg law Firm. My personal experience with him and his associate Ben Akery has been over 3 years long for a Workman's Comp case. He lacks integrity, covers for his less experienced associate, I'm filing a fee dispute over his firms illegal billing for expenses and fees that were bogus. he fails to meet the basic standards of ethical and professional conduct which are meant to assist in upholding integrity and honor of the legal profession in the state of South Carolina.I do not recommend this attorney, any of his associates, or his firm in general.They have turned my life in to a hell that drags on and on. And i do hope that with the assistance of Disciplinary Counsel Lesley M. Coggiola, David Pearlman experiences the same ongoing stresses,and disruption in his life that I have.
