Stay away from this firm and believe EVERY bad review written. CHA-CHING is what they care about. I had a horrible experience. Fired them as soon as figured out that “billable” hours” was their primary goal.

This law firm, fed my mother a bunch of BS while stealing her money, and producing zero results. They rack up high bills by wasting time and taking advantage of those who don't under the legal system. FIND ANOTHER LAW FIRM - this one is filled with crocks and scam artist only concerns about padding their own bank accounts

Several comments below one says "I was saved from being homeles, and saved from not eating dog food". Sadly I did not have the same outcome, this attorney along with the mediocre staff and mediocre and severally inexperienced attoneys, did in deed leave my family homeless, although we did not eat dog food, our only means of getting food was through the food pantry and a shelter. This firm does not have your or your childrens best interest at heart the only interest is racking up high costly bills, she's excellent at bullying you for money, and wasting a clients time, terrible defense attorney, she's weak, mediocre at best along with her incompetent weak mediocre attorneys. I strongly recommend do your research and do not Trust this firm, she will bankrupt you. It's astonishing to even believe how poorly my case was handled.

When Children First Program tells you to avoid attorneys at all costs because there are a few bad ones that will ruin you, they are most likely talking about Phil Byers (Vinci v Byes), Amy Huff, and Laura Cervizzi. They endlessly tried to take my kids away. I never had as much as a parking tic, no vices, church every weekend and only once spoke up to my wife after 14 years to quit it with her world famous criminal 'best friends' and her own criminal intents. Thank God court personnel quietly told me about their history and stand up to them. All 3 were thrown out of court. They are absolutely criminal for taking over 150k from my wife who was ordered to psych help by her own attorneys and why they are allowed to continue to defraud clients today is shocking. BYers cases have resulted in suicides for his antics.

I like others on this board lost tens of thousands of dollars for a case that would have been litigated by others with the same experience for a fraction of the cost. While my results have been good I have finely wised up and am moving on to a different attorney. Attorney feedback I have had, as I was looking, was that the best lawyer in Boston has the fees I was paying - and she's far from the best lawyer. I understand now I am paying for her lifestyle and her coach enamled jewelry. Her reputation with her peers is that her practice of running up client fees and making people go broke is an "unsavory business practice" at best. Please do yourself a favor - do your homework and find a good lawyer because this lawyer is not for you.

Laura Cervizzi, along with her asociates, are experts regarding all matters of family law. Her knowledge, dedication, and command of the law and its system is unparalelled. Laura Cervizzi is as kind to her clients as she is fearless in the court room. I have worked with her for years and am constantly impressed. She is always accessable, answers every question with complete detail and is amazingly compassionate. Her entire office is completely professional. Through out a very lengthy divorce Laura Cervizzi has saved myself and my son from a man who tried to leave us homeless and eating dog food. I credit her efforts, advise, and success in my case for their role in creating new opportunities in my life and for my sons achievements. I am lucky and grateful to have worked with her and would not only recommend but encourage others to hire her.

Professional, courteous and prompt are what I found Laura and her staff to be. It's never great to need a lawyer in any family issue but I would recommend Laura and her staff to anyone. It was a tough time in my life but I never once worried about the quality of my legal representation.

I had a great experience with Laura Cervizzi and her entire staff! I was cost-conscious as are most in this economy and had the choice to work with Laura's associates for day-to-day issues at a lower rate. I chose to work with an associate attorney and Laura together. They were extremely helpful and responsive to my concerns and issues. Laura was always available for me too. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and kind, which helped ease me through the most difficult time of my life. I would recommend Laura and her team to anyone looking for an experienced attorney to help them through the complicated Massachusetts Probate Court. I was treated like a real person and not like just another client in a big firm. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need to!!!

sadly this attorney comes across as a bulldog in the first meeting, then quickly delegates to her milque toast "associates" who then in turn run up thousands in fraudulent charges. She then turns to harassment, threats and misrepresentations in order to bully her clients into paying even more. This "bulldog" attorney in fact has no intention of going to court for you, paying attention to your case or even arguing for you via the phone or through email. In the end I was forced to hire yet another attorney after a year and over $60k wasted.
