I personally aquired Wayne Nelson's services in 2008 and found him to be less than saticfactory. I origonaly paid a sum of 2,000 in 2008.I needed to modify my Bankruptcy due to cut backs at work etc... in the begining of 2009 (February) he told me that he filed the paperwork and to make the lower payments, I did so under his advisement, and it wasn't until 3 months later I found out that he was lying to me about filing the modification, so now I am in default for not paying the full amount for three months, and because I have had to call and fax him constantly because he didn't take care of it in February he is filing for compensation for all his NOT SO HARD WORK!!!! In the sum of 1,200.00 AHHHHHHHHHHHHH. It is very sad to me that an individual with a so called degree and/or company can file on the little people whom are BARELY making it and get away with it!!! But, what about us???? Where do we get justice??? Who is out there to HELP US and not just to fill the pocket???
