I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't rate Victor as highly as possible. He saved me from losing money in a frivolous lawsuit against my company, counter-sued the plaintiff, and won me a hefty award IN ADDITION to an award of attorney's fees. He saved my business and I've used him for every legal issue I've had since. He is truly an exceptional attorney.
