Very poor tact. Ego issues, and if you ask around you will quickly find out about this attorneys nature. He has a reputation for his eliteness as a "high conflict attorney" he has manifested in his own mind. I would highly encourage anyone considering this attorney to get all the facts first.

N. Scott Johnson provides clear consise legal opinion/advise while quickly understanding the situation wholistcally. He will challenge you to think about facts that are appropriate and fair. He is a voice of reason and action that will net results. It is not often that you find a kind and trustworthy person that happens to be a razor sharp attorney. At times it was hard to be patient but realize now that Scott was working to the bigger picture the whole time. While I don't desire to need his services again anytime soon, I would highly recommend him.
