I sent several emails and left 20 - 30 calls in 2 months. I had 4 calls returned and 3 emails returned. I was always told that they was out of the office and they always gave me excuses as of why they could not get things done. The 1 time they do anything William just told me to keep doing what I was doing. He always avoided doing any work. I have recorded conversations proving my case. He agreed that we had what we needed to meet our goal and would not do his part to make it happen. The good part is after 3 months he never sent me a bill.
