Tom was my angel during a bad situation. I had switched when another attorney stopped working my case because he didn't think HE could get enough money. Tom listens and tells you what he is able to accomplish. He doesn't sugar coat the situation but does so in a kind and respectful manner. It took a year to get my case settled but Tom was always patient with me. His paralegal is gem!
