Benyak was paid $19894.54, roughly.He's handling an estate. A foreclosure may exist if all $ isn't repaid. My father (co ex of estate) emailed him to get in writing what steps would have to be taken. My dad also requested a copy of the fee agreement. After 3 emails for the steps and 2 for the fee agreement, Benyak sent an email stating he (Benyak) was not legally required to "school" my dad on foreclosure policies/procedures. He suggested my dad hire another attorney, at my dad's personal expense, to get such answers. Coincidentally, Benyak emailed my father 11 days prior to his excoriating email, asking that checks be written for the estate, one of which was to "Alan Benyak" for Final Attorney Fees. So he made sure to get all of his money, then refused to provide a copy of the fee agreement and refused to answer questions. He also threatened harassment charges against my dad if he sent any more emails asking questions. I s#$% you not! Is that what you want?
