Michael F. Callahan did not prepare for the trial and did not prepared with detailed accounting on bank account transactions. He misled me to settle the case immediately during hearing.
I ask him multiple times in the email and through multiple conversations to give me an estimate on how much the cost could be to settle the case. But he failed to give me an answer. These caused me to pay unnecessary costs to settle the case and resulted in the worst possible outcome.
He charged unreasonable, unnecessary, and duplicated fees. He billed me thousands of dollars for work out of nowhere in order to extinguish my remaining trust balance shortly before settlement. He charged me three times to review the same case including the initial review and two court appearing's. He is a cheating attorney to avoid.
