MR WILLIAMS TAKES YOUR RETAINER AND DOES VERY LITTLE! AFTER TRYING TO REACH HIME SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO CALL BACK I HAD TO FIRE HIM AND REQUESTED MY PAPERWORK AND MONEY DUE FROM MY RETAINER. HE SENT ME A $1,OOO BACK AFTER DOING REALLY NOTHING. HE CHARGED ME FOR A E-MAIL TO PRETAINING TO HIS LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND THEN CHARGED ME AGAIN TO EXPLAIN HIMSELF BLAMING OFFICE STAFF. PROMISING TO KEEP IN CONTACT I KEPT HIM ON. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AND GOT EVEN WORSE. ALSO HE TOLD ME WHEN WE FIRST MET THAT HE CHARGES $150 HR AFTER HE SENT ME MY STATEMENT THAT I HAD BEEN REQUESTING FOR NINE MONTHS THAT I NEVER RECEIVED UNTIL I HAD TO FIRE HIM. IT STATED $200 HR IT OUTLINED HIM CHARGING ME FOR ALL MY E-MAILS THAT HE NEVER RESPONDED TO. STAY CLEAR OF THIS GUY. GOODLUCK.
