His office is terrible about returning calls. They expect you to acquire all documentation rather than requesting it from people on your behalf. He is quick to end the conversation when you do reach him and quickly defers the call to his paralegal. I believe they have higher profile cases to deal with so you aren't a priority to them. Very disappointed so far.

His office staff doesn't keep clients informed as to the progress of cases. You have to call and ask for information. Also, there's a problem with communication within the office itself. They need to remember that we are not attorneys and do not understand the significance of decisions. Don't just ask us if we approve, but explain how our decision would affect the case.
