Mr. barbieri helped me so much. I was so scared when I first got arrested. But she helped me out and gave me confidence. She believed in me. I am grateful. Anyone needing a good lawyer call her!! I meant it.

Ms. Heather Barbieri is the court appointed attorney for our Criminal case in Collin County. Maybe as a paying client her worth ethic would be better, unfortunately, compaired to recent reviews from other sites, she doesn't. No communucation what so ever. No return calls to her cell, her office, her assistant, Ms. Johnston, not even follow up or return phone calls from her main office secretary. She refuses to comply with our requests, & has "passed" our court date 4 times THIS MONTH without a second thought to her client as he sits in jail for almost a month now, for the 2nd time! I have done alk the research, paperwork, & communication in order to lighten her load. But, still, she refuses to do her job. She has created a feeling of hopelessness towards our families future. And feel like not even our attorney will help us.
