The quality of the work is not bad, but they are not worth it because you have to put up with an extremely NASTY staff. They don't return calls and when they do, they talk to you like you are an idiot. You can go elsewhere and be treated with some dignity and respect. These people think act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money.

Started talking to them. Before signing any documents with them, decided to not proceed. They want to charge me now and threatening with collections for the time they supposedly spent. Watch out!

I am using them now and am very happy with how quick they are moving to get my tenant out. They are always available by phone or email and respond promtly! I would also recommend to other landlords!

This firm did the job and were very efficient. I love the fact that I could check my case online. Fee was reasonable.

"Do not use this firm". A complete waste of money and energy. I hired them to do an unlawful detainers case for me. They cost me over $15,000 and after three months and four hearing, Dennise Block ended up dismissing the case and wanted to restart the case all over because of the mistaked they made on the original filings...I eneded up firring them..Makes you wonder how could some people pass the bar!!!

Dennis P. Block/ eviction Lawyer Really?? - ? - Today
They advertise for $580 for eviction case on thier website,<www.evict123.com>, but I spent more than $2000 as of today,and I been told , I have to keep paying until tenant stop their motion against my case.They should explain to me before it started it,for additoinal unlimited cost,
I stopped their service today and my tenant are still enjoying free rent! I feel like cheated or scamme
