Bad does not come close to describing the manner in which Mr. Knoll represented the plaintiff's in this case. He was notoriously unavavilable, would not answer questions in a direct manner, IF he answered at all and almost always spoke in a rude and extremely sarcastic manner. Threatened on SEVERAL occasions to walk when the plaintiff's did not want to settle; a threat he made good on literally HOURS before the trial was set to start. He did not provide (and this day refuses to provide) cancel checks or receipts for expenses he supposedly paid during his time as the acting attorney. Mr. Knoll was rude and arrogant and at no time at all, did he take into consideration the best interest of his clients. Because of the constant threats to walk, the refusal to share all evidence with his clients and what I saw as a complete lack of morals and conscience, Mr. Knoll, in my opinion, should go back and familiarize himself with the oath he has so obviously forgotten all meaning of!
