Anthony was Exceptional! We hired Anthony to work out a problem we were having with opening up a new business in Honolulu. He was very personable, empathetic, and a good listener! He was extremely efficient and considerate of our dead lines. He always got back to us in a timely manner and kept us posted daily with what progress he had made. He was able to solve our problem and get through the difficult road blocks we were having. He solved our Problem! We could not have done it without him. Lawyer Aguinaldo is the type of lawyer you would see in a movie taking on tough human rights cases for the sake of justice. He's a straight talker, informative, helpful, and attentive. He hears you out, and then gives you the bottom line of your chances of victory inside or outside of court. I never felt rushed or as if I was taking up too much of his time. In fact, his advice was fundamental to a positive outcome in my case. Anthony possesses vast knowledge and familiarity in this specific area of law. His fees are also extremely reasonable. Anthony demonstrated that his experience and training as a mediator allows him to be a skilled negotiator and he will fight to get the best terms and conditions for his client. In my situation, what was of importance was preserving my sense of ethics, morals and principle more than any monetary recovery which he understood and represented me where my position was clearly conveyed to the other party. He explained the legal process using easy to understand layman's terms, and worked hard on my behalf but maintained a professional and respectful relationship with the opposing party's legal counsel. I hired Aguinaldo to file the probate papers for my brother, a retired Army Ranger, who died. My 86 yr old mom was the executrix and paid his retainer of $2000. After dozens of emails to him for information about his progress, three months passed and the filings were not performed. Aguinaldo never even asked for the basic family names and address required for a probate form. He manufactured an invoice for reviewing all the emails sent in desperation covering the full retainer paid him. To add insult to injury, he refused to return the original will which was sent to him and he signed for which cost us another $2000 to probate. This person is a slick fast talker, a liar, and a thief. Whatever "work" he did was bad advice or made no difference in getting the assets released. BEWARE

W. Anthony Aguinaldo is a slick talking guy who claims to get results but only gets your money. He took mine up front and never gave me a fee agreement or anything in writing. He did the absolute smallest work possible and screwed that up. Beware of this guy. Talk story to your friends and family and find a lawyer who will fight for you. this guy won't.
