Michelle was our mediator back on Sept 18th 2015. My son's dad and I had everything agreed to that day after 2 hours of mediation. Michelle still has not sent our agreement to the courts or to our attorneys nor will she respond to our attorneys' request for the agreement. I have called her numerous times and recently started leaving her voice mails everyday and still have not received a return phone call from Michelle Coady. Our case has been to court twice now and delayed by her failure to produce our mediation agreement. Our third court date is Dec 9th 2015 now due to her horrible lack of responsibility after she had been paid $750 for our 2 hours of medications. I would absolutely NOT recommend her for anything! She is the worst mediator I have ever dealt with!
