I retained Mr. Moreland. We met personally multiple times and had several phone conversations, yet, he botched my name and my daughter's name to the judge during trial. He filed a modification to a no contact order for me to resume court ordered visitation with my daughter, however, it failed to include holidays. I asked him to correct the oversight, but, her lawyer didn't want to modify it a second time so all I got was another $500 bill and nothing to show for it. When I argued that his attention to detail was incommensurate to the fees he cashed out my retainer and dropped me as his client. I would only recommend Mr. Moreland to somebody if I was suing them.
