My experience with Mr. Warhola has exceeded my expectations. Looking for an attorney to represent any case is stressful, you want to know your investments are being handled properly and with care. Mr. Warhola is very knowledgeable and professional. He always went the extra mile for my best interests and took his time to do research and made sure everything was up to par before submitting. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone looking for an honest, stand up kind of a man. He will properly represent your case.

FIRST clue with this attorney is he has you sign an agreement that should there be any problems between you and him then your only recourse is to resolve your disputes with the State Bar of Attorneys. You can't file a complaint and take him to court, he covers his tracks. He's spent more time volunteering at the Bar than any other attorney. He will charge you for work that he NEVER does. The State Bar will never allow you to file a charge against M. Warhola. He should NOT be allow to practice law. Whoever puts good reviews about him are his friends or his wives friends. A second year law student would do you a better job. He will be late, or never show-post pone. He will NEVER see the job through. The State Bar in this town will NEVER help the public, go to their office! They have bullet proof glass at front counter, if you have a brain you can figure out why!

Mr. Warhola is an excellent attorney. He has good communication skills and is amazing in the courtroom! He kept us informed on all court filings for myself and plaintiff. He won my case. I highly recommend Mr. Warhola.

He was always unprepared. I think he just likes to wing it in the court room. He made appointments for me, for a deposition twice, and then cancelled them without telling me. I lost two days work because of it. Not to mention the fact that my ex wife's attorney had to inform me of the cancellation upon arriving at their office. HOW humiliating. I finally called him and let him have it on his voice mail, and he sent his partner to my hearing, and made up a lie that he was out of town. That's when I finally fired him, something I should have done from the start. EXTREME SCATTERBRAIN

Mr Warhola represented me on a civil matter and an appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court. The appeal was 100% successful. I won the case on every level. Mr Warhola kept me constantly apprised on the status of the case and included me on all critical decisions. I highly recommend this lawyer. I will be forever grateful for how he saved my life!

This guy has no communication skills, he stutters and hears things, he even has no business license and he will lie in court. He can not keep his stories straight. He can not be trusted, he even changes out attys with out notifying the clients. Stay away from him he is bad news.

This guy does not have a good memory, comes to court unprepare, and if you criticise his skills, he will drop you in a heart beat, stay away from this guy. Hes bad news.
