Amazing Criminal Lawyer
Mr Kevin Mckesson comes highly recommended. You think that the law is here to protect and serve you until you have a run in with the police, then the whole "innocent until proven guilty" is thrown out of the window. Once you feel the cold cuffs around your wrist , you kind of just feel hopeless. It's not like they tell you how long you're going in for. It was my first run in with the law and my good buddy called Kevin. Kevin went to work right away reducing my bail amount, and getting me out of jail. He got my case dismissed without having to go to trial. I highly recommend Kevin, thank you for your help.

Hired Winston Mckesson on promises he made which were never delivered. He missed court dates, was horribly unprepared, had no clue how the case was progressing and never gave any updates. Impossible to contact, almost like he took the money and then disappeared. Kept calling and leaving voicemails, and still chasing him to understand where things stand. He has no staff and hence is overwhelmed. He will make false promises and anyone who has a first time brush with the law better off going with someone who can actually do their job. Terrible Terrible Lawyer.

i was referred to Mr. Mckesson by family who had used his services and were impressed by his professionalism, fund of knowledge, attention to detail, work ethic, and preparation which resulted in a positive outcome. On my first phone call he quickly laid out a strategic game plan that immediately put me at ease. I knew that i had found the right lawyer for my case, which involved two law enforcement agencies and was prosecuted by the City Attorney's office. There was great media attention to my case. Mr. Mckesson was able to navigate the complexities of my case with ease and experience. He accepted my case for less than half of what he should have charged. He was always available, answering my inquiries and calling me while even on vacation. He went far beyond what i expected and i never felt like i was not important to him. That **** got me 10 years in prison due to his lack of knowledge in federal court. He never got any evidence no character witnesses. That was my 1st offence and I got a 10 year sentence. All he cares about is how his damn suit was looking during his closing statements. While I was in prison I ran into other inmates who received major time due to winston kevin mckesson. Needless to say he has enemies. don't give $$$ to that bum ass lawyer. no way in the world I should have got 10 years on a weed case... imagine that.

We have use Atty McKesson more than once and on both cases he has gone way above and beyond what was expected. He knows the law and will research to make sure that the truth will be told. He treated me and my family well, whenever I would call and trust me I called him all the time regarding a close family member, he always answered my calls and gave me the truth to what was going on and I truly would recommend him and will use him if need be, but I hope we don't have to again. He is also a God fearing man and has Integrity which is truly a blessing!

Mr. McKesson represented last year in a criminal case in which I was facing at least 6yrs state time. He poked holes in the DA's case until they made me an offer I couldn't refuse, even though I was caught with my hand in the cookie jar, if you know what I mean! The judge gave me a favorable ruling of a few weeks county & probation thanks to the sharp skills & understanding of the law that Mr. McKesson displayed. During my short county stay, he visited me each week, including a surprise visit on his wife's birthday!!! After my release the man showed me he had the heart of God when he helped me out with a financial burden I was facing. He simply told me to read Matthew 6, "Do Good To Please God". I was deeply moved by this gesture. I can't speak for anyone else, but in my experience Winston Kevin Mckesson with his diligence, persistence, & knowledge of the law, will get my recommendation as a top tier attorney. Mr. McKesson was recommended to me by a friend of mine who he had won a case for about a year ago. I had spoken to a lot of lawyers, but for one reason or another, they didn't seem right. I ultimately hired Mr. McKesson to handle my serious felony case. He's a wonderful lawyer and a better person. He was very knowledgeable whenever I called asking him questions about my case. This guy will do his best to convince you to plea guilty or no contest so he won't have to worry about a trial -- EASY $$$. He didn't care about my case. I don't even think he read the police report or witness statements! Don't waste your $$$ on a lawyer who doesn't care about YOU, won't defend YOU and will bend over backwards to get you to accept some DA's "bargain" Trust me! Don't waste your $$$!!

Mr. McKesson has represented two of my family members on separate occasions, the first of the two resulting in an innocent verdict. The second family member Mr. McKesson represented resulting in the best outcome possible, considering they were facing life on a murder charge and only have to serve two years. I've worked with Kevin on a professional level and personal and was pleased in both experiences. On a personal level, although I didn't retain him, while handling a criminal situation with my son, Kevin gave me insight on how to prepare my son for his arraingment and documentation to present to secure my son's character. He prefaced this conversation by saying he could appear on my son's behalf, but instead of wasting money he would advise he on how to proceed. And once I appeared for the arraignment, he accepted my phone call to further guide me on relevant questions to ask of the Public Defender regarding the deal they were making with my son. He remained on the telephone with me until the Public Defender reached a reasonable settlement all at no cost.

Mr. McKesson handled my husband's serious felony trial for over 2 years and obtained an obtained an outstanding result at a very reasonable price. As a result, I have referred him to a good friend whose son was facing a murder charge. That case resulted in a manslaughter despite the fact that the victim was shot in the back 7 times. I would not hesitate to use Mr. McKesson again!

I was a juror on a case that Mr McKesson was the Defendents attourney for Robbery(8 counts with the use of a fireare and firing the firearm). I was in awe of how ill prepared he was with no defense, not that he is required to present one, mis information and misquoting the facts of evidence that had already been entered as evidence. The defense entered 3 items of evidence for the defense and The DA entered 86 items into evidence. This lawyer was highly respected but for some reason came across as lazy. I am not sure how he sleeps at nite after this case. Juror # 5

I contacted Mr. Mckesson after reading about him in a magazine. I was so pleased and confident about my case after speaking with Kevin. He took the time to explain things to me and I was surprised how much interest he took in my case. Hired Mr.McKesson 2 yrs ago for my son's extremely serious felony. Son was facing 500 years in prison. 1st offense. 1st trial was hung on all 37 counts. Firm did not overcharge. As a fact firm deserves more funds for their work. We are now pending 2nd trial and with the hard work of Mr. Mckesson my son will come home.
