If I could give negative stars I would for communication, work quality and especially value. This law firm is extremely good at advertising and selling themselves to you. Do NOT believe any of the garbage that they feed you because it is all part of their scam and sales team to hook you and then drain your bank account without any results. They especially Mark Chaplaeu will ask for a huge retainer and then blow through it in one month and ask for more and more and more. Constantly delaying the process so that he can take more of your money. When he has blown through $10,000 of your money and no results have been accomplished and he has bled you dry he will say that he can no longer be your lawyer because you have no more money. There is no compassion from this law firm and I can't imagine how many peoples lives that this firm has ruined. Mark is a millionaire and only cares about you if you are a millionaire also. This is very shady and completely immoral. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!
