I found her work inaccurate, of poor quality, and her attitude condescending. She forgot we had an appointment booked, she sent me a form letter with names of previous addressees, a checklist that was poorly formatted and not personalized to my situation, it took her 1/2 hour to figure out how to use the credit card machine, she did not get back to me when she said she would, and she is a poor communicator. I would never trust her with my case. I have no idea how she stays in business.

This lawyer listened to my problem and helped my family come to Canada. She was so patient with our problem that took a long time to resolve. Sometimes she was my only friend when all seemed hopeless. Thank you
