My sister hired him to help her with moeny transfering when she sold a home in Mexico. She wanted him to help her with the wire transfer to a Wells Fargo branch in San Diego. He made the transfer of funds. My sister went to the bank to cash out the funds and he had not filed the necessary paperwork for her to collect her money. He missed the deadline, she could not find him anywhere. Would not return her calls. Because she didn't have the proper bank paperwork because he didn't file it, the bank turned over the funds to the feds. She has been fighting this since 2009. As it turned out, because he never filed she lost her money..240,000...!!! She can't sue him because he doesn't have any liability insurance, he lives in a trailer in Santee, has no office...he is a scammer. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY FOR ANYTHING. YOU WILL REGRET IT!My sister will never see her money again!

Lew is great if your pleading guilty. I dont think I would pick him if going to trail. He has been doing this stuff for over twenty years and making deals is what he dose. Look at it this way my crime carried a 4 year sentance and i am doing 8 mounths in a half way house. Guy could make you belive in god. He onley dose 9 or 10 cases at a time so he is not too strung out. He is hard to get a hold of on the weekends, but who isnt? In the end I was really happy with him. Fyi my crime was done 9th district federal court.
