Huge charges for little/no progress. Poor in person communication skills. Will not intervene when legally appropriate, but quick to justify his non-actions. Refuses to explain difficult subjects and complicarted legal procedures. Excessive charges for simple research and Westlaw fees. Very passive agressive. During your litigation process, he only takes care one one person - himself!
