Do not recommend unless you want your case to drag on unnecesarily and cause you to pay 30k in attorneys fees. Unbelievable.

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY. Richard really knows his stuff. I was surprised at how quickly he would call me back, I really liked his honestly even when It was hard to hear. I never once felt passed off, neglected. This office does not overcharge either, my ex's atty charged him double what I paid. This guy is the best!

Never once did he tell me what I was entitled to in the divorce/custody case, only asked what I wanted. I had to do a lot of research on my own. I did 90% of the paperwork myself with the paralegal just moving it onto letterhead & formatting. I got nothing I really wanted in the settlement. He even carpooled to court with my ex's attorney. No fight in him & he humiliated me in court. Final divorce papers are hand written on scraps of paper found in the courtroom. COMPLETE waste of 2 yrs & $15k. Constant delays, no communication, lost documents, blasé attitude from all. Going back to court with a new attorney soon.

Bad job on my divorce. Did not talk to me only paralegal. Court date got moved and moved and I got charged for doing nothing. No wonder he's been disciplined by the state bar. Stay away from this guy.

Excellent attorney. This guy is amazing. I am so glad I hired him. Really helped me to get my divorce done quickly.

My current divorce has been going on for over 3 three, his assistance DO NOT call back... I am always on the back burner. I only met with him 3 times. I would not not recommend him or his firm to my enemies. He does not handle his office staff...3-4 times submitted paper work over and over again... this is not a business or a service. Sad ...!!!!

He does not seem to value the customer. His office delays paperwork and charges high fees. I would NOT retain this lawyer, he just does not seem to act in a quick manner to resolve issues. He seems to act slowly which can lead to frustration. He does not respond well when challenged or questioned.He does not communicate very well prior to court which leads to misunderstandings and questions unanswered. His paralegal also delays paperwork and does not respond very quickly. They of course respond very quickly when they want their money. In summary, I would seek another lawyer and stay away from this firm.

Excellent Attorney. Did not rip me off and was really great in court. Got my kids back and I am glad I hired this guy!! Judges seemed to like him.

I was not happy with the communication. My case kept getting continued and it cost me over 30,000.

I had to call almost every day to check on my paperwork. I was given 30 days to respond and told my the person assisting me that it didn't matter if it was done in time or not. When I pay for a service I expect people to take care of business and that is not the case. Tomorrow I am going to pick up my paperwork and take it to the court myself.
