Click to report rating    5/24/16   1     1     1     1     1   Should not be precticing law, he has been sanctioned multiple times due to his dishonest shady conduct by the state of NY and AZ, the man is a lie and a cheat and will drag your case and file multiple motions to fill his pocket. You'll regret hiring him RID: 169588
Click to report rating    8/2/14   3     2     2     3     1   Garnice represented me for 2 years until he got mad and withdrew from the Superior Court and Court of Appeals on my cases. I paid him a total of $87,113.24. He likes to prolong the process and of course, increase his take of fees. His partner Nirenstein and admin. Junie Pinson are VERY aggressive about being paid. As a client, you are kept in the dark while he acts like a king and occasionally tosses you a nugget of information about what will be done on your case. He doesn't really provide much in the way of consulting or guidance. For me, I eventually came to feel like I was being used by him and he didn't seem to have any problem with that. He was never candid with me about my case. You just keep paying and paying and paying as things go on and on and on and on. Rather grim. Garnice suffered a judgment and order of censure by the AZ Supreme Court in 1992 (http://www.leagle.com/decision/199220...). I got a new and better attorney... RID: 141255
Click to report rating    10/25/10   3     3     2     2     1   More interested in arguing a case than resolving the most difficult conflict in your life. He is paid on hours billed and will escalate your case to benefit himself. In the end, expect results that do not approach your investment. Better off going pro per, at least it won't cost you anything to lose. He was unprepared and fumbled in court at my final hearing. Keep in mind that he had already received >70k in fees from me. He couldn't be bothered to be prepared and I was the one who lost. His failure is your loss. Look elsewhere. RID: 36508
