This attorney, and I use that term loosely, was appointed to me as a criminal defense attorney. I was charged with 3 felony counts of a crime I didn't commit and have since then proved it using nothing more than the evidence submitted by the prosecution. She assisted the DA in trying to get me to sign a plea agreement and plead no contest to crimes I clearly didn't commit. To add insult to injury, after being found guilty on all counts she then assisted the DA in blackmailing me into signing a waiver of my appeal rights under the threat of immediate confinement based on a "bail-jumping" charge they conjured up during the course of the proceedings and after admitting on the record that I was not notified of the date the court had set for jury selection which was their mechanism to inject the bail-jumping charge. I have called her office since and asked her if she realized what the lifelong effects of her actions had been on my family in which she replied, "Don't ever call here again."
