Fashions himself as a trial lawyer but can't cut the mustard in trials. Poor verbal representations and pitiful pleadings coupled with the desire to settle instead of jury trials. Avoid at all costs. This person is responsible, IMO, of costing me thousands in a Jury trial where he had no idea what he was doing. I'm now in a Appeal status and he has been fired leaving me with the possibility of a 40K judgment.
