I am very pleased with the work and results of Mr Horton's efforts in his representation of me throughout my divorce. Needless to say, it was a very difficult time for me but he brought me comfort and certainly made sure my best interests were maintained. I strongly recommend Mr. Horton.

Carl is a compassionate lawyer who diligently prepared my divorce case for trial. Not only did he support me legally, but was an emotional beacon as well. His tireless efforts kept my family intact and literally saved my life. I know this is someone you can trust and believe in. His rapport with the judges and other members of the bar is extraordinary as everyone would tell me "everyone loves Carl" while we waited in court. Well, I do, and highly recommend him to anyone going through a divorce.

Stay away! Waste of money. Doesn't prepare. Makes jokes about other side. Didn't even question prior to court. Spent 1 hour with him and he gathered NONE of my evidence for court. Showed up with nothing and other side had lots of evidence! Pathetic!
