Fred Davis is NOT a safe attorney to get. He (or someone in his office) notified all the doctors I saw and told them that I got bumped from behind while driving my minivan but the airbag did not deploy. In fact, we flipped side to side and totaled our full size conversion van, hit and broke a 5' concrete culvert that the highway department had to repair, and landed in a creek. I never got the health care I needed (the doctor he sent me to refused to take x-rays of my rib cage). As it turned out I had major brain damage from a concussion and ruptured spleen, along with other health problems, all from the wreck. He was rude and mean to me, and definitely did not have our best interest in mind. If you've been in a wreck, DO NOT get Fred Davis to represent you!
