Went in to have an LLC investor agreement prepared. Was told it would take 2-3 hours. After not hearing back from them for weeks, and no longer needing the document, I figured they decided not to do it. 4 MONTHS later I received my notification that it was now prepared in the form of an invoice. When I complained they told me that I never told them the time sensitive nature of the documents. Terrible service, very dissatisfied!

Difficult to work with. Unexpected surprises on cost. Didn't explain clearly documents being prepared or other options. A good lawyer will take the time to explain and answer questions, I didn't experience that. Had to wait days or weeks to hear back.
