After extensive interactions, to include sitting down together at my dining table, I signed a contract for this person to represent me. As soon as I signed the contract I would not hear from him for months on end. Questions went unanswered and as the statute of limitations grew closer, I grew more and more concerned. Yet, I had absolutely no response from him. Then, with just a few days remaining he called me, told me wouldn’t go forward with my case! So I asked him to return my files, he assured me that he would overnight my files and a release from my contract. I received neither! I foolishly believed him. Should you decide to have him represent you, beware; state specific contact requirements & be prepared to release him any time he fails to return a call or email in a timely manner. If I were a more suspicious person I would speculate that he forgot or neglected to prepare my case and as a result he then pull the rug from underneath me. He makes a great 1st impression tho
