We gave her $9000.00 for our case, ( cancellation of removal) at the end she said that our case was closed just with a permit of work. And now I have to renew my permit to work and she is trying to charge me $250.00 after all the money that we gave her. I think is not fare. My wife was very disappointed with this lady.

5 YEARS AGO MY HUSBAND WAS DEPORTED AND I WENT TO HER RECOMMENDED RIGHT AWAY IT WAS $4500 SHE FILED (WELL SHE HAD HER SECRETARY FILE i601) AND LETS JUST SAY THE APPLICATION WAS MORE BLANK THAN ANYTHING. OF COURSE THE CASE WAS DENIED, SO I TOOK AND DID THE APPLICATION MYSELF, AND FINALLY 2012 THE APP. WAS APPROVED INCLUDING I-212. MY HUSBAND IS BACK AND MY DAUGHTER HAS HER DADDY BACK. SHE WAS ABLE TO CELEBRATE HER 5TH BIRTHDAY WITH DADDY. SHE DOES TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROMISES THE WORK, BUT THEN BRINGS OUT THE SECRETARIES TO DO THE WORK FOR HER WITH NO KNOWLEDGE. SO I PAID SOMEONE THAT WAS JUST LIKE ME, BUT I DID THE JOB BETTER. UH MAYBE SHE SHOULD HIRE ME.

I HAD THIS LAWYER FOR MY ENTIRE FAMILY CASES SINCE 2002.SHE IS THE BEST BRAIN THAT A HUMAN CAN GET AND USE IT.BEST AND SOPHISTICATED LAWYER WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW AND HOW TO USE IT IN HER CLIENT FAVOUR. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE AND I HAVE. TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPRESSED CONCERNED ABOUT HER NOT SHOWING UP ON TIME...HEY SHE IS VERY BUSY BECAUSE SHE IS GOOD.SO STOP COMPLAINING WHAT MATTERS IS THAT SHE WINS THE CASES.

Mu family and I i travel from Pennsylvania it takes us 3 hours to drive to see her and sometimes we end up waiting to see Melinda Ba?aran at her office. But she is the best lawyer she never gives up. She will always fight to win your case, she always wins her cases.

I think this is the best lawyer that you can hire. She really knows her stuff. She is also very respected by immigration. You can see this when you go with her to immigration, every person shows her respect. I did not have to wait when I went to immigration because she was my lawyer.

Melinda is not that bad, but her staff is the worst one, the girl at front desk made many mistakes filling my work permit application, so i had to apply again and pay it again... she said i gave it to you to revise the information on it, but there were blank fields where she said i will finish it later... she lied... my husband was deported and they didn't tell me that on time... somebody else found where he was before they knew it... i got 2 app with Melinda, but i couldn't talk to her... that is unrespectful for clients who trust them... Melinda is still with my case, i've been advised for another lawyer that it is not good changing lawyers for your case... so i hope she can win my case...

Well i think she's very good,she seems to understand exactly whats shes talking about,her stuff is very polite,and i dont thinks there is a GOOD immigration attorney that isn't always busy anyway..

DEAR FRIENDS, I WANT TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCES WITH THIS LAWYER. I DONT EVEN WANT TO MENTION HER NAME. SHE FAILED HER RESPONSIBILITY AND SHOWED SO MUCH LACK OF SERVICE AND DELAYS WHEN DEALED WITH MY FIRST CASE. NORMALLY MY SPECIFIC CASE SHOULD NOT TAKELONGER THAN 3-4 MONTHS. BUT IT TOOK ALMOST A YEAR. EVEN THOUGH SHE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP IN THE COURT THAT MORNING AT 8:30 AM SHE DID NOT SHOWED UP. AND SHE KEPT US WAITING THERE ALL DAY. SHE SAID SHE HAD ANOTHER CASE THAT MORNING. WELL IF YOU DID WHY THE HELL YOU MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT TIME AND MADE US WAIT THERE FOR 6 HOURS. SINCE THE CASE WAS SO IMPORTANT WE COULD NOT LEAVE THE COURT SCENE. IT WAS AWFUL. AND AS I SAID , SERVICES BEFORE AND DURING THIS CASE IS TERRIBLE. THE STUFF WORK ON HER OFFICE ARE RUDE, AND THEY DONT HAVE ANY LICENSE OR MUCH EXPERIENCE AT ALL.SHE TREAT YOUR AS A PROFIT THATS IS THE A FACT. YOUR CASE YOUR NEEDS COMES AFTER. PLEASE MAKE A GOOD RESEARCH AND FALLOW REFERENCES, THERE ARE BETTER RESPONSIBLE LAWYERS!!

MY husband was detained by ICE, the officer gave me her name he said " this is the only attorney who can really help your husband" and he was right I rushed home to look her up and make an appt. asap ! I spoke to the receptionist to please schedule me to see her and even tho she told me it was booked she made a space for me since she knew it was an emergency I went to the office the same day, the front girl is very friendly you would literally love her she always there to help you in everything she can, the whole staff is really professional, i hired melinda the same day within a week my husband was back home with us. Melinda is amazing ! I highly recommend this lawyer. and hes soon getting his work permit.

Melinda was recommended by a friend that used her. She did everything for us, and we got green cards at the end. But it took time. you all know it take time. We understood that no one can rush the government and in NJ, they have million of applications. Melinda agree to take some of the money in the beginning and the rest later on. This help us because of the bad economy. We kissed her and her assistants, they all speak Spanish. We understand everything and they were friendly to us.We are now LEGAL in America, and it is all because of Melinda. She came with us to court, told everything to the Judge, and after he decided for us, she even gave us a ride home so we do not have to take the Bus from Newark. I recommend Melinda to all of you, and I am sure she help you too because only one thing important ...to become Legal, Right???. So, Melinda did it for us, and she can do it for you.

This is the worse lawyer you can get to fight for you. All she cares about is the money. She will not give you the correct information, she will lie, she will not come to court with you. She is the worse person one can choose. STAY AWAY FROM HER, unless you want to go back to you country of origin.

These last two reviews are BS. We almost did not hire her because of the reviews about money -but she came highly recommended by many people we knew. Me and my cousins have used her for immigration and she was excellent, very professional and she everything she said would happen-happened.. The reviews about changing the bill is BS-we were given a retainer agreement that said the agreed amount of money and we also had to sign a payment plan with each date and the amount to be paid- they went over that with us-several times, so i dont know how anyone can complain about the bill. of all the things that I would state could be improved about this lawuyers office-their billing would not be one.. We really liked her payment plan- we could pay over time and we knew when we had to pay-we never got a bill for phone call or something unexpected-which i think other lawyers do.. i think the last few people about money being charged are not honest

Im going to start with the staff, they are the worst workers, they treat you like you are nothing, the lawyer only wants the money, money, money, you never can talk with her, they change the bill when they want, all of them are the same, they dont have values, if you want to be frustrated and waste your money, look for her, otherwise look for a good one with values.

This Lawyer's staff is the worst staff ever. They are rude and incurtious. After paying them money, it is impossible to get a hold of the lawyer. They are decietful and lie about things. They dont give anything in writing and then change the total bill as they like. They threat that they will drop the case if you call there again and again looking for the lawyer or her paralegal. If you want the maximum frustration, then go to her. Otherwise, you are better off without her.
